This really really felt like a filler book.
There was some werewolf and Picklemen politics and whatnot, as well as Soap being turned into a werewolf, which will probably prove to be somewhat interesting at a later date. However, there was far too much of the hated Felix for my taste, and unless his whole character completely turns around, there is a great chance that I will continue to hate him in the last book of the series, which really brings down the enjoyment factor. But, besides the aforementioned events and the learning of the real over-arcing plot, nothing was accomplished.
(show spoiler)
Honestly, the honest-to-goodness best part of this book is, and forever shall be, Bumbersnoot.
