Giannine starts playing a virtual arcade game just for snits and giggles until the simulation machine malfunctions and she's stuck in the game until she beats it. Winning seems to be impossible because every time you die, you restart at the beginning. But if Giannine keeps losing the game; she loses her life. An enjoyable, funny, suspenseful at times, well-written read. This one draws you in.
