A Sea of Stars

Retellings of several well-known fairytales such as: Beauty and the Beast, The Princess and the Peas, Hansel and Gretal, Little Red Riding Hood, and more. The differences between the original and the retellings varied greatly; such as changing the end of "Rumpelstilstin" so that Rumpel and Della ended up together (as it should be) and Hansel and Gretal, the demonic twins.
My favorites were "Straw into Gold", "Twins", "Frog", and "Mattresses." Though "The Granddaughter" was pretty good too. I thought that the Beauty and the Beast retelling was the weak link though I did enjoy how Beauty is upset when Beast changes into a human. And when you watch Disney's "Beauty and the Beast" I can understand why......
